HireLevel is seeking an Assembly Tech in Fenton, MO to assemble small mechanical and electrical components and operate winding equipment. The role is contract to hire with steady Mon-Fri hours and a 7am-3:30pm shift.

You will inspect finished products, use measuring tools, maintain records, and follow safety protocols. Previous assembly or winding experience is a plus; high school diploma or GED preferred.

  • Perform manual winding of coils, wire or other materials using winding machines and hand tools.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards and production requirements are met.
  • Use measuring devices and testing equipment to verify dimensions and performance.
  • Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
  • Identify and report product defects, equipment issues, or material shortages.
  • Follow established safety protocols and company policies.
  • Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant.
  • Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

HireLevel is looking for an Assembly Tech in Fenton, Mo. Job Title: Assembly Tech Job Type: Contract to Hire Location: Fenton, Mo Shift: Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm Pay: $18.00/hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented Small Parts Assembler/Winder to join our clients manufacturing team. This role is responsible for assembling small components and operating winding equipment to produce high-quality parts according to specifications. The ideal candidate has excellent hand-eye coordination, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities of Assembly Tech
  • Assemble small mechanical and electrical components according to work instructions, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Perform manual winding of coils, wire or other materials using winding machines and hand tools.
