Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an Assembly/Tear Down Team Lead in Etna Township, Ohio to oversee daily operations and drive on-time production while ensuring quality and safety standards. You will lead the Assembly/Tear Down team, participate in leadership meetings, and implement training improvements for new hires.

The role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication, with prior production experience and a completed Leadership Skills for Group Leaders program.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Two+ years of production experience.
• Leadership Skills for Group Leaders training completed.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Assembly/Tear Down team operations to meet production goals.
• Attend Team Lead meetings to identify and resolve shop issues.
• Document and improve new hire training procedures.
• Coordinate cross-training for PTO coverage and role vacancies.
• Review weekly quality control reports to identify trends and drive improvements.

The Assembly/Tear Down Team Lead is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the Assembly/Tear Down team and supporting safe, efficient production operations.
