Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1-3 years of supervisory level in Manufacturing (preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees in a manufacturing environment.
• Plan and assign work with Operations Supervisor.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed and drive improvements.
• Lead continuous quality improvements within Lean guidelines.
• Schedule day-to-day work and staffing; manage vacations/absences.
• Provide input on budgeting of tooling and materials.
• Discipline and performance management as needed.
