Job summary

A growing international manufacturer is launching a new industrial liquid cooling production line at its new, world-class facility in Western New York and is looking for a hands-on leader to help build it from the ground up. This isn’t a traditional factory job, as the ideal candidate brings plumbing, HVAC, or mechanical trades experience to set up the line and train the team for leadership roles.

You'll install piping and components, braze copper tubing, help shape assembly processes, and

Qualifications

• Strong plumbing or piping experience.
• Comfort working with copper tubing and brazing.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Background in plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, pipefitting, mechanical contracting, industrial maintenance, or commercial construction trades.

Responsibilities

• Install and connect piping, plumbing, and mechanical components.
• Prepare copper pipe and perform brazing.
• Help develop assembly processes and work instructions.
• Train and mentor future assembly technicians.
• Help set quality standards and best practices.
• Work closely with Engineering and Operations during product launches.
