  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
  • Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues quickly.
  • Familiarity with safety procedures in an industrial environment.
  • Must be able to work in a cold environment (30-40 degrees Fahrenheit)
