Job description

Must be able to travel Internationally

Help Build Something New. Lead Something Meaningful.

Pfannenberg is launching a new industrial liquid cooling manufacturing operation in the United States, and we're looking for a hands-on electrical assembly leader to help build it from the ground up.

This is not a traditional production job. We're seeking an experienced electrical technician, panel builder, industrial electrician, controls technician, or electromechanical assembler who wants to take the next step in their career: helping establish a new manufacturing line, training future team members, and becoming a key contributor to an exciting growth initiative.

If you're tired of driving from site to site, working shutdowns, dealing with emergency calls, or spending your days troubleshooting equipment in harsh industrial environments, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.

Why Consider This Role?
  • Stable, year-round indoor work
  • No construction sites or customer locations
  • No emergency call-ins or service work
  • No nights or rotating shifts
  • Clean, professional manufacturing environment
  • Work with modern industrial equipment and controls
  • Opportunity to help build and lead a new operation
  • Career growth into leadership and technical specialist roles
What You'll Do

As one of the first members of our liquid cooling production team, you'll play a critical role in launching our U.S. manufacturing operation.

Responsibilities include:
  • Assemble electrical control panels and industrial cooling systems
  • Install and wire electrical components, sensors, drives, and controls
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
  • Perform electrical testing, troubleshooting, and quality inspections
  • Support development of assembly processes and work instructions
  • Train and mentor future assembly technicians
  • Help establish quality standards and best practices
  • Work closely with Engineering and Operations during product launches
  • Become a technical leader within the liquid cooling production team
What We're Looking For

We care far more about your electrical aptitude, wiring skills, and troubleshooting experience than whether you've worked in manufacturing before.

Ideal candidates may come from:
  • Electrical assembly
  • Industrial electrical work
  • Control panel building
  • Electromechanical assembly
  • Automation and controls
  • Maintenance electrician
  • Electrical contracting
  • Manufacturing technician roles
  • Military electrical or electronics backgrounds
Qualifications
  • Strong electrical assembly, wiring, or troubleshooting experience
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
  • Experience with control panels, industrial controls, or automation equipment
  • Electrical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Desire to learn manufacturing and assembly processes
  • Interest in helping lead, train, and develop a team
  • Positive attitude and team-first mindset
The Opportunity

Most manufacturing jobs ask you to join an established operation. This role gives you the rare opportunity to help create one.

You’ll be part of a small team responsible for launching Pfannenberg' s U.S. liquid cooling production capability, shaping processes, training future team members, and helping build a world‑class manufacturing operation from the ground floor.

If you’re looking for a long‑term career where your technical expertise matters and your leadership can make a lasting impact, we’d like to talk with you.

Build it. Wire it. Lead it. Be part of it from day one.
