Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years in manufacturing/assembly or related production roles.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or lead position.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, drawings, specs, and instructions.
• Demonstrated coaching, accountability, and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily assembly activities to meet schedules.
• Assign and balance staff across stations according to demand.
• Monitor productivity and quality; resolve issues quickly.
• Lead safety, 6S, and continuous-improvement efforts.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure smooth flow.
