Job summary

QXO is seeking an assembly-focused team member to support production at our Sanford, FL facility. You will follow work instructions, assemble components, and use basic hand tools to meet quality standards.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work well in a team environment. Overtime may be required based on production needs, with benefits including health care and PTO.

  • Ability to work extended hours based on production needs.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in assembling materials and components based on work instructions and specifications.
  • Follow direction from supervisors or team leads to support production processes.
  • Perform repetitive assembly tasks using hand tools and equipment.
  • Position, align, and secure materials to meet required specifications.
  • Operate basic machinery or equipment as needed and trained.
  • Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures.
  • Support team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Perform additional duties as needed.
