Job summary

QXO is seeking an Assembly Table Assistant to support production operations by assembling materials and components according to work orders and specifications. This role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work quickly in a team-based setting.

You will follow directions from supervisors, perform repetitive assembly tasks with basic hand tools, adhere to safety policies, and help maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production environments.
• Ability to follow instructions and work within established processes.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally push or move heavier loads.
• Comfort with exposure to machinery, noise, dust, and varying conditions.
• Willingness to work extended hours based on production needs.
