Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (ideally in engineering or technical field).
• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing leadership experience preferred.
• Lean Manufacturing experience with 5S, Standard Work, Problem Solving, and Value Stream Mapping preferred.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Directs daily work of assembly teams across multiple areas to meet manufacturing needs.
• Owns program management for a key product line from start to finish.
• Supervises overall production, coordinating with customer service, production control, and paint shop.
• Oversees product quality and designs assembly operations for new lines.
• Plans workforce, assigns tasks, and ensures cross-training for a flexible team.
• Analyzes performance data to drive safety, productivity, quality, and uptime improvements.
• Conducts performance reviews and creates development plans for associates.
• Attends daily production meetings and performs 5S audits for a safe, efficient floor.
