The Assembly supervisor oversees a crew of assemblers and laborers through specific operations across multiple shifts. This includes lamination, epoxy and mechanical assembly as well as die cutting and knife cutting operations. The supervisor is to ensure that the production in the workshop complies with company policies, process instructions and requirements in the following areas: safety, environmental, process procedures, equipment operation, quality, cost, lead time, and other KPI (Key Performance Indicators) by employing continuous improvement philosophies.
