Role Description

The Assembly Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Pompano Beach, FL, responsible for assembling store fixtures and display products according to specifications and quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include reading and interpreting assembly instructions or drawings, using hand and power tools to build and install components, and performing basic mechanical and soldering work when required. The role involves inspecting finished products for accuracy, structural integrity, and cosmetic quality, and making adjustments or repairs as needed. The Assembly Specialist collaborates with warehouse and production team members to meet daily targets, maintain a clean and safe work area, and prepare completed items for packing or shipment.

Qualifications

• Mechanical assembly skills, including reading basic diagrams and following detailed assembly instructions.


• Hands-on experience with hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers) for precise and safe component assembly.
