Qualifications

• 4 year degree in Manufacturing Technology, Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years experience in assembly process development, line layout, fixture design, and manufacturing test equipment.
• Lean Manufacturing principles experience.
• Pro-Engineering, Product View, or 2-D AutoCad experience.
• Knowledge of manufacturing BOM management.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop assembly test equipment and fixturing to meet engineering specifications.
• Develop manufacturing processes and procedures to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Monitor / verify engineering change orders and structure of the manufacturing bill of materials.
• Establish and maintain methods for continuous process improvement on assigned product groups.
• Develop standard work documents, control plans and process flow charts for all new products to be assembled within TEAM-Bagley.
• Coordinate APQP activities and cross-functional meetings to implement control plans, PFMEA, and APQP.
