Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing, assembly, or process engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of assembly processes and production environments.
• Experience with process improvement, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, or similar methodologies.
• Experience creating work instructions, setup sheets, and standardized work.
• Basic CAD experience for drawing modifications and manufacturing support.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and improve assembly processes to boost efficiency, quality, and throughput.
• Support assembly operations including washing, pressing, leak testing, and other production processes.
• Select and implement tooling, equipment, and automation for assembly lines.
• Troubleshoot production, equipment, and quality issues and support root cause analysis.
• Develop and maintain work instructions, setup sheets, PFMEA, and process standards.
• Analyze production data, cycle times, downtime, and process performance to drive improvements.

What You Will Be Doing
