Job summary

Bosch USA in Indiana seeks a Machine Operator to load, assemble and inspect parts, ensuring quality and on-time production. You will keep equipment running as scheduled and participate in TPM activities to improve processes. Training new employees and maintaining records are also part of the role.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent and a good mechanical aptitude. Overtime may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• High mechanical aptitude and ability to read gauges.
• Able to use hand and air tools safely and effectively.
• Good interpersonal, organizational, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Load, assemble and unload parts from machines.
• Keep equipment running per production schedule.
• Inspect parts to ensure quality per guidelines.
• Complete necessary paperwork and transfer parts as needed.
• Assist in training new employees and provide feedback to the team.
