Job summary

Nesco Resource in Tempe, AZ is seeking an entry level assembler to build electrical devices on the production line using drawings and schematics. You will ensure devices and cables meet customer order specifications and provide hands-on support to the production staff as needed to meet demand.

The role requires a High School Diploma or related assembly experience, 0–1 year in a similar environment, and bi-lingual English/Spanish communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or related experience required.
• 0–1 year of assembly experience preferred.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish helpful for team communication.
• Experience with table saws and electronic wire strippers is a plus.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for assembling electrical devices using power tools to meet requirements before shipping.
• Ensure assembled devices and cables meet customer order specifications.
• Build products on the assembly line according to drawings or schematics.
• Provide hands-on support to production staff to meet customer demands.

• Be responsible for assembling electrical devices using power tools, to meet company requirements before it's packaged for shipping to the customer.
• Ensure the assembled devices & cables meet the customer order specifications.
• Building products on the assembly line according to drawings, instructions, or schematics.
• Provide hands on support to the production staff when needed to meet customer demands.

• High School Diploma or quality/assembly related experience.
• Worked in an assembly environment for a 0 – 1 year.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish.
• Building products on the assembly line according to drawings, instructions, or schematics.Use of table
• Experience with table saws and electronic wire strippers
• Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for hours at a time.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Bending, reaching and lifting up to 50 lbs. will be expected.
• Must have steel toe shoes.
