Job summary

Cadrex Manufacturing Solutions in Minnesota is seeking an Assembly Operator II to assemble parts according to standardized work instructions and diagrams, and to inspect final products for quality and functionality.

You will read technical drawings, operate assembly machinery, document production and QC data, and collaborate with teammates to meet daily targets while upholding safety and process standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Basic knowledge of machine operation and maintenance.
• Effective teamwork and communication skills.
• Familiarity with workplace safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and components to build finished products following standardized work instructions and diagrams.
• Perform visual and functional inspections on assembled products to ensure quality standards.
• Identify and report defects and work with the team to resolve them.
• Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintain records of production and quality control data.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
• Support production targets and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors.
• Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
