Job summary

Cadrex Manufacturing Solutions in Minnesota is seeking an Assembly Operator II to assemble parts and inspect products for quality on a Monday–Friday schedule, 7:00am–5:30pm, onsite. Candidates should have a high school diploma and 2+ years in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of assembly experience in manufacturing
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Basic knowledge of machine operation and maintenance
• Teamwork and clear communication

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and components to build finished products following standardized work instructions and diagrams
• Perform visual and functional inspections on assembled products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
• Identify and report defects or issues in the assembly process, and work with the team to resolve them
• Operate machinery and tools used in the assembly process, ensuring safe and efficient operation
• Maintain accurate records of production and quality control data, including completed checklists and reports
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment
• Strive for efficient production by meeting or exceeding production targets and minimizing downtime
• Work closely with other team members and supervisors to ensure a smooth and productive workflow
• Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure optimal performance
