Job summary

Greenworks Tools is seeking an Assembly Operator to build high-quality battery-powered outdoor tools. You will rotate through stations, learn new skills, and contribute to efficient, safe production.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and adherence to SOPs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with opportunities for growth and cross-training across assembly lines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow SOPs.
• Experience with hand/power tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products by SOPs with accuracy and efficiency.
• Install and secure wiring harnesses, fasteners, tires, and mechanical parts.
• Operate hand and power tools and testing equipment safely.
• Perform quality inspections and document production data.
• Rotate across stations and learn multiple assembly processes.
• Identify and communicate production issues to minimize downtime.
