The Assembly Line Leader will be responsible for the development and training of assembly operators. The position will lead the assembly team and serve as a subject‑matter expert on the product and standard operating procedures, providing feedback and reports to the Production Manager daily. This role also assembles, wires and packages products per Standard Operating Procedures; stages all assembled products in designated areas for inspector; supports inspection and quality activities as required; reads product and package specifications; maintains a safe, clean, organized, and efficient work area; and adheres to strict quality guidelines.
