Greenworks Tools in Morristown, TN is seeking a Production Assembly Operator to build high-quality products through hands-on assembly. You will rotate through multiple stations, follow SOPs, and contribute to efficient, safe manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years manufacturing/assembly experience preferred; entry-level encouraged.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow SOPs and complete basic production documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products following SOPs with accuracy and pride in every unit.
• Install and secure components per detailed assembly instructions.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, testing equipment, and fixtures safely.
• Perform inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Complete production and quality documentation for traceability and continuous improvement.
• Rotate across multiple stations and cross-train to increase flexibility.
• Identify and communicate production issues to minimize downtime and maintain workflow.
• Collaborate with team and cross-functional departments to meet daily targets.
• Maintain a clean, safe, 5S-aligned workspace.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
