Job summary

Pentair is hiring an Assembly Operator for the 1st shift in Dover, NH. You will assemble filter components, glue, crimp, sonic weld, and test sub‑assemblies using BOMs and standard work instructions.

Responsibilities include operating equipment, inspecting materials, packing finished units, and recording production data while maintaining quality and safety standards. The role requires standing for the full shift and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must communicate effectively with other employees and departments.
• Ability to carry out assignments to completion within prescribed routines and SOPs.
• Physically capable of standing for the shift and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assemble filter components and sub‑assemblies per BOMs and work instructions.
• Operate assembly equipment to support production and finishing processes.
• Inspect materials and products for quality and report issues.
• Shrink-wrap, label, and package finished units with correct lot information.
• Record production data accurately and follow all SOPs, quality and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and support teammates to meet production goals.
