Job summary

Staffworks, Inc. is seeking 1stShift Assemblers in Connecticut to perform manual labor along production lines. This role focuses on assembling small parts, ensuring product quality, and making necessary adjustments to meet specifications.

Positions are on the 1st shift (Mon–Fri, 6:30am–3:00pm) with a pay rate of $17.50 per hour. Candidates should be able to lift up to 20 lbs, stand for long periods, and demonstrate manual dexterity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and parts.
• Ability to lift up to 20lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Perform small part assembly and production line machinery.
• Responsible for quality of product in specified assembly lines.
• Make adjustments as necessary to produce product within specifications.
• Reject product outside of specifications.
• Flexibility to learn and perform various tasks.
• Meet minimum productivity requirements.
• Other duties as assigned by Production Supervisor.
