Johnson Electric in Vandalia, Ohio is seeking an Assembly Operator to join our manufacturing team. You’ll perform pre-assembly tasks, read process specifications and drawings, and set up equipment for lead cutting and wrapping.

You will inspect products for quality, manage your workflow, and work safely in a collaborative, high-volume production environment. No prior experience required beyond high school; mechanical aptitude and attention to detail are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production environments preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with good manual dexterity.
• Ability to read measurements and perform basic math calculations.
