Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production environments preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with good manual dexterity.
• Ability to read measurements and perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-assembly operations and accurately assemble components.
• Read and interpret process specifications, routers, and technical drawings.
• Set up and operate equipment such as lead cutting machines.
• Cut leads and wrapping tape to specification.
• Inspect, document, and ensure product quality standards are met.
