Johnson Electric in Vandalia, Ohio is seeking a Production Operator for full-time afternoon shift. Starting salary is $17.50 per hour with shift differential and overtime eligibility. The role involves pre-assembly, reading process specs, and operating lead cutting machinery to ensure quality.

You will work in a safety-focused environment with opportunities to grow technical skills. A high school diploma or equivalent and basic math skills are required, with prior manufacturing experience

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience working with small precision parts (under 1.5 inches)
• Experience operating production machinery or cutting equipment
• Prior experience in high-volume manufacturing environments

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per day
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Ability to handle small parts, tools, and machinery with precision
