ManpowerGroup is seeking an Assembly Operator in Warwick, RI to support our client’s Assembly, Test, Deliver department. You will build and assemble detailed products using hand and power tools, read drawings, and verify quality with precision measurements and testing.

This position offers a 6am-2pm shift, $18 per hour, and opportunities to grow your technical skills within a global organization.

Competenze

• Electro-mechanical assembly experience required.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read drawings and follow work instructions.
• 1–2 years of complex assembly experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Build & assemble products using hand and power tools according to work instructions.
• Read drawings, work instructions, and BOMs to ensure accuracy.
• Measure, inspect and test products to meet quality standards.
• Package, label and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Maintain and organize the work area with basic equipment maintenance.

As an Assembly Operator , you will be part of the Assembly, Test, Deliver department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will bring electro-mechanical assembly experience , attention to detail and problem-solving skills , and the ability to read drawings and follow work instructions , aligning successfully to help build high-quality products.

Job Title: Assembly Operator

Location: Warwick, RI

Pay Range: $18

Shift: 6am-2pm
