Job summary

Manpower is seeking a Production Assembler for an onsite role in Massachusetts. The position requires working the night shift, 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, and quickly becoming proficient with production equipment while maintaining GMP compliance.

Responsibilities include assembling products per work orders and specs, setting up equipment, loading post-cure ovens, and keeping accurate records. A detail-oriented, safety-focused candidate is preferred for this growing manufacturing team.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, or assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work orders, drawings, specifications, and operating procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
• Ability to work safely and wear required personal protective equipment.
• Willingness to work the night shift 11:00 PM–7:30 AM
