Job summary

ManpowerGroup is currently seeking an Assembler for a manufacturing and fulfillment environment in Wisconsin. The role involves operating various fulfillment equipment and supporting assembly activities to ensure efficient production flow.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with the ability to follow detailed instructions and participate in a safety-conscious team. Multiple shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd) are available, with time-and-a-half after 28 hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery such as X/Y gluer, stitcher, wrapper, bander, and laminator.

• Set up and adjust fulfillment equipment to meet production needs and customer specs.
• Print load tags for finished goods, raw materials, and WIP items.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment following procedures.

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and fulfillment services, is seeking dedicated Assembly professionals to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be an integral part of the Production Department supporting the fulfillment process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and adaptability, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Assembler

Pay Range: $14-$16 plus time and a half pay after 28 hours worked each week

Shift: 1st, 2nd and 3rd

What's the Job?

• Perform a variety of fulfillment tasks including operating machinery such as x/y gluer, stitcher, wrapper, bander, and laminator.
• Assist in assembly activities like folding, gluing, forming, and kitting to ensure efficient production flow.
• Set up and adjust fulfillment equipment to meet production requirements and customer specifications.
• Print load tags for finished goods, raw materials, and work-in-progress items.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety and operational procedures.
