Job summary

Velux Deutschland Gmbh is seeking an Assembly Operative to perform repetitive assembly of sun tunnel components on-site in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key duties include assembling parts, following JIs, inspecting quality, and maintaining 5S practices. Flexibility for overtime and weekend work is required, with a Monday–Thursday 6:00am–4:30pm schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in a production/manufacturing environment preferred.
• Reading and utilizing blueprints is preferred.
• Understanding of metric measurement systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble sun tunnel components according to production standards and JIs.
• Pull inserts onto line, apply kits and collars, secure flashing and dome, and perform line inspections.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping and adhere to safety and quality standards.
• Perform other assignments as directed by supervision.
