Job summary

Bürkert Group is seeking an Assembly Technician I to support our production team in Huntersville, NC. You will read production documents, perform setup tasks, and help ensure quality parts while maintaining equipment availability.

Ideal candidates have manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and solid English communication. SAP familiarity is a plus, and teamwork is essential for meeting deadlines and improving efficiency.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and understand production documents and quality specifications.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Read production documents to produce the relevant product/part.
• Use SAP tools to ensure supplies of parts and to record quality and fault notifications.
• Check product/part according to quality specifications to ensure quality.
• Perform maintenance in accordance with the machine manual to increase plant availability.
• Produce quality parts to achieve and secure sales.
• Adhere to deadlines to ensure customer satisfaction (service level).
• Continuously optimizing processes to boost efficiency (CIP).
• Perform simple setup tasks to reduce downtimes.
