Qualifications

• Working knowledge of standard assembly tools and their applications.
• Good communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work with a diverse group of employees and customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical analysis of manufacturing processes to support decisions.
• Design, acquire, fabricate and repair tooling and machines.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day process issues and implement improvements.
• Coordinate material procurement for manufacturing improvements.
• Conduct quality checks on machines and processes.
• Lead line balancing activities and respond to customer issues.
