• Delivers training for new processes or equipment and onboard new employees.
• Conducts quality testing on completed assemblies to validate tolerances and product specifications.
• Reviews daily assembly production records to identify trends or potential performance issues.
• Leads and directs the work of other employees and handles personnel actions with HR and General Managers concurrence.
