Job summary

Stellantis is seeking an Assembly Operations Lead Specialist to support the MLM organization across NA assembly plants. The role focuses on coordinating communication, aligning initiatives, tracking priorities, and promoting lean practices.

You will assist leadership in scheduling, preparing materials, and summarizing key updates for ongoing improvements. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Familiar with MS Office and/or Google Workspace; comfortable presenting.
• Public speaking skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling and preparing materials for leadership meetings, plant reviews, and cross-functional updates
• Track action items and follow-ups across multiple plants and logistics functions
• Support internal communication by summarizing key messages, updates, and decisions
• Align logistics goals and initiatives by maintaining project trackers, scorecards, and timelines
• Coordinate with plant logistics leads and support functions to ensure alignment
• Assist in documenting SOPs, playbooks, and best practices for consistency across plants
• Provide support in gathering and summarizing data for performance metrics or presentations
