You will supervise tools and components assembly, support production execution, inventory control, scrap tracking, and general department activities to ensure consistent, high-quality output.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Experience maintaining shop inventories required.
• Ability to interpret blueprints preferred.
• Experience with pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead essential assembly production functions for tools and components.
• Support shift standup meetings with distribution, priorities, and risk anticipation.
• Participate in 5S to improve organization and flow.
• Document assembly standards and SOPs; train team members on procedures.
• Provide hands-on guidance to assemblers to ensure quality work.
• Conduct inventories of supplies and manage stock control.
• Identify and segregate defective materials and ensure disposal per process.
