Available Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM + optional OT on Friday and Saturday or Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM + optional OT on Friday and Saturday

Performs a wide range of assembly and troubleshooting tasks with moderate independence.

Core Responsibilities

• Independently read and interpret: Blueprints, wiring diagrams, BOMs, and schematics
• Assemble and install: Harnesses
• Assemble and install: Switch panels
• Assemble and install: Electrical and mechanical components
• Assemble and install: Program lighting systems per engineering specifications
• Troubleshoot: 12V DC and 110V AC systems
• Perform repairs and rebuilds on: Mechanical
• Perform repairs and rebuilds on: Electrical
• Perform repairs and rebuilds on: Hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Conduct functional testing and diagnose faults
• Trace wiring, repair connections, and replace components as needed
• Perform equipment setup and changeovers
• Identify discrepancies in prints, BOMs, and shop orders

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of: Electrical systems (12V DC & 110V AC)
• Strong knowledge of: Mechanical assembly processes
• Strong knowledge of: Ability to interpret engineering documentation independently.
• Familiarity with hydraulic systems (preferred).
• Problem Solving
• Diagnose issues and implement corrective actions.
• Identify non-conforming products and assist with corrective/preventive actions.

The pay scale for newly hired employees in this position at this location in New York is $16.00 - $26.50.

This is based on meeting all of the requirements of the role.

The base pay offered for the role may vary depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
