Qualifications

• 1 year+ of experience in assembly and manufacturing.
• Ability to operate equipment, troubleshoot, and solve problems.
• Organized with strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Able to stand, bend, and reach frequently.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and pneumatic components into sub-assemblies across product lines.
• Ensure proper fit of parts by drilling, grinding, or shimming.
• Interpret engineering drawings and provide feedback on discrepancies.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues during assembly and testing.
• Move large parts on floor using forklift or overhead crane.
• Lead tasks or projects and mentor less experienced team members.
