Job summary

Cube Hub Inc. in East Moline, IL seeks an Order Fulfillment Process (OFP) Assembly Manufacturing Engineer to support and troubleshoot for Front-End Equipment and Cab business unit.

You will identify and implement continuous improvement projects enhancing safety, ergonomics, quality, and manufacturing efficiency; establish SOE, work center layouts, torque tools, OMS, and participate with SAP and MES for process controls.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
• Experience in industrial, reliability, design, manufacturing, or quality engineering.
• Self-starter with ability to execute tasks autonomously.
• Problem solving mindset with bias toward action.
• Experience with engineering tools, systems and databases.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement continuous improvement projects impacting safety, ergonomics, quality, and efficiency.
• Establish sequence of events (SOE), work center layouts, torque tools, fixtures, and OMS for operations.
• Collaborate with SAP and MES to perform engineering functions and develop manufacturing process controls.
