The Assembly Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Longmont, CO, responsible for leading the assembly of BPA’s packaging automation equipment and systems. This role oversees daily assembly operations, including planning workflows, allocating resources, and ensuring machines are built according to engineering specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. The Assembly Manager coordinates with engineering, production, and service teams to resolve technical issues, support equipment testing, and prepare systems for customer acceptance and shipment. The role includes supervising and developing assembly technicians, implementing and improving safety and lean manufacturing practices, and maintaining accurate documentation and reports related to production, quality, and continuous improvement activities.
