Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking an Assembly Machine Operator to join their team. As an Assembly Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembly Machine Operator

Location: Lester Prairie, MN

Pay Range: $18.00 - $18.50 per hour

  • Follow a pre-defined schedule for job-specific requirements.
  • Operate assembly equipment to maximize efficiency.
  • Allocate materials for the production floor.
  • Handle finished products, including boxing, labeling, and palletizing.
  • Ensure proactive safety is a first priority in all tasks.

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
