Spherion Staffing, LLC is hiring for an assembly/production line role in Clarksville, TN. The candidate will process, check, flip, and box ceramic and glass mosaic tiles on a moving line.

Pay ranges $11.50-$13.50 per hour, with shifts including early, afternoon, and overnight. Experience in manufacturing or warehouse work is a plus, and no degree is required. 0-1 years experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stand at a moving cut/assembly line for most of the shift.

• Pack/box finished mosaic or kitchen/shower backsplash tiles into cartons.
• Lift up to 30 lbs repeatedly and move product to conveyor line.
• Support warehouse operations to maintain steady flow of materials.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals.
• Follow safety procedures at all times.
• Perform general warehouse duties as needed.

Assembly/production line role in Clarksville, TN focuses on processing, checking, flipping, and boxing ceramic and glass mosaic/backsplash tiles.

Working Hours

• 5:30 AM - 1:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)
• 1:30 PM - 9:30 PM
• 9:30 PM - 5:30 AM

Pay

Pay: $11.50 - $13.50/hour

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

Responsibilities

• Stand at a moving cut/assembly line for most of the shift.
• Inspect tiles for visual flaws or damage.
• Flip, sort, or handle tile sections.
• Pack/box finished mosaic or kitchen/shower backsplash tiles into cartons.
• Repeatedly lift and move product from the floor to a conveyor line.
• Performs various tasks to support the efficient operation of a warehouse.
• Help maintain a steady flow of materials through the production process.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times.
• Take on general warehouse duties as needed.
