• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or production supervision.
• Strong knowledge of production management and lean manufacturing principles.
• Proficient in quality control methodologies and safety protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proven leadership abilities with experience managing and motivating teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
• Experience with production planning, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.
• Six Sigma certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily production activities to meet quality and quantity targets.
• Develop and implement production schedules and workflows to maximize efficiency.
• Monitor production processes and adjust procedures to enhance productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
• Train, supervise, and evaluate production team members.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve production issues and improve processes.
• Conduct regular quality control checks and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain adequate materials.
• Analyze production data and prepare reports for upper management.
