Job summary

Korea Fuel Tech America Inc. seeks an Assembly/Production Line Operator to perform a variety of tasks on an automotive production line in a Tier 1 environment. You will assemble components, operate machinery, and ensure products meet strict quality and safety standards for automotive customers.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7am–5pm CST. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working in a fast-paced, team-driven setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of warehouse experience required.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and OSHA regulations.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform repetitive tasks.

The Assembly/Production Line Operator is responsible for performing a variety of tasks on an automotive production line within a Tier 1 manufacturing environment. This role involves assembling components, operating machinery, and ensuring that products meet strict quality and safety standards required by automotive customers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced, team-driven setting. The work schedule is Monday - Friday, 7am-5pm CST.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble automotive parts and components according to standardized work instructions and engineering specifications.
• Operate and monitor production line equipment, tools, and machinery safely and effectively
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company and customer standards
• Identify and report defects, malfunctions, or process deviations promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with lean manufacturing principles.
• Follow all safety procedures, policies, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements
• Meet or exceed daily production targets and efficiency metric
• Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and quality personnel to resolve issues and improve processes
• Organize inventory
• Participate in training programs to stay up-to-date with the latest equipment and safety procedures
