Responsibilities

• Interpret Master Production Schedule and Kanban to determine area requirements.
• Monitor department performance goals and strive to meet them.
• Be familiar with basic technical aspects of all jobs within the department.
• Meet requirements of all skilled positions.
• Monitor production standards and quality control measures.
• Prioritize staffing based on Training Matrix.
• Coordinate with other departments for part supply.
• Ensure efficient line handoff.
• Promote 5S culture.
• Lead by example.
• Provide daily summary to supervisor.
• Assess high/low performance drivers across resources.
• Contribute to Weekly Toolbox Talk meetings.
