Job summary

Exmark, located in Beatrice, Nebraska, is a division of The Toro Company. We are seeking a production team member to help meet daily production goals, inspect outputs, and support lean manufacturing practices.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and strong communication skills. This on-site role offers a first shift from 6:00am to 2:00pm with benefits starting the following month.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, blueprints, production work orders and procedures.
• Must possess good communication skills.
• Ability to perform basic math and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Estimate, requisition, and inspect materials to meet production goals.
• Inspect items to ensure they meet specifications.
• Explain policies and enforce safety regulations.
• Assign duties based on specifications and job orders.
• Maintain production schedules and update boards hourly.
• Support training of new employees and maintain 5S standards.
• Assist in driving rotation programs and participate in performance discussions.
