Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of assembly or manufacturing experience.
• At least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assign daily work based on production schedules.
• Monitor workflow and ensure production goals are achieved.
• Provide direction and coaching to assembly team members.
• Promote a culture of quality and safety in all activities.
