Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: Manage the Assembly Department to meet production targets by integrating people, processes, and planning.
• Safety Leadership: Lead daily safety briefings and uphold safety protocols for a culture of accountability.
• Workflow Coordination: Organize daily deployment of personnel, data, and materials to optimize throughput.
• Process Excellence: Drive continuous improvement to refine assembly methods and efficiency.
• Talent & Team Management: Oversee talent acquisition, training, and performance evaluations.
• Strategic Alignment: Translate organizational goals into daily tasks focused on quality and delivery milestones.
• Adaptive Responsibility: Perform related duties and special projects as needed.
