Generac Power Systems is seeking an Assembler III - Lead in Beaver Dam, WI. You will perform complex assembly tasks, validate materials, and follow work instructions to meet quality standards.

The role requires safety compliance, cross-training across stations, and contributing to continuous improvement programs. Required are a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to work in a manufacturing setting, and 2 years of related experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to perform highly repetitive assembly tasks in manufacturing.
• 2 years of complex assembly or related experience.
• Detail oriented and organized; teamwork and communication required.
• Ability to interpret assembly procedures and use hand tools.

Responsabilidades

• Follow work instructions, drawings, and schematics to assemble products.
• Cross train in multiple assembly areas and flex to other departments as needed.
• Develop understanding of assembled products and their business impact.
• Participate in team meetings and problem solving with peers/supervisors.
• Provide training on work instructions as needed and lead small teams.
• Identify issues and implement countermeasures; use ERP for information retrieval.
