Job summary

Aerotek is seeking an Assembly Lead to supervise a skilled assembly team in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment. You will lead daily production operations, train team members, and solve on-floor problems while maintaining schedules.

You’ll read blueprints and schematics, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement with safety and quality at the forefront. The role is onsite in Minneapolis, MN with competitive pay and benefits.

Assembly Lead | Production Lead

About the Role

Lead a skilled assembly team in a clean, climate‑controlled manufacturing environment where quality, safety, and efficiency are top priorities. As the Assembly Lead, you’ll oversee daily production operations, train team members, solve problems on the floor, and keep schedules on track. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on mechanical/electrical work and leading people.

Key Responsibilities

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $29.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.
