Carrier-Charlotte is seeking an Assembly Lead to manage daily production activities onsite at 9701 Old Statesville Road, Charlotte, NC 28269. You will supervise, mentor and coordinate the team to meet safety, quality and productivity targets while ensuring equipment reliability.

The role requires leadership experience, ability to read blueprints and apply standard work instructions, and strong communication to drive performance and continuous improvement in a high-volume environment.

Formación

  • 2+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • 1+ years of experience reading blueprints, standard work instructions, bills of material, and precision measuring instruments.
